Takes One To Know One

How close is it to the truth? hmm..can't be too sure of it, but this is just for fun. Nothing like a good time killer..hahaha..Try it! =)

What Nurul Kamilah Means

You are very intuitive and wise. You understand the world better than most people.

You also have a very active imagination. You often get carried away with your thoughts.

You are prone to a little paranoia and jealousy. You sometimes go overboard in interpreting signals.

You are a very lucky person. Things just always seem to go your way.

And because you're so lucky, you don't really have a lot of worries. You just hope for the best in life.

You're sometimes a little guilty of being greedy. Spread your luck around a little to people who need it.

You are wild, crazy, and a huge rebel. You're always up to something.

You have a ton of energy, and most people can't handle you. You're very intense.

You definitely are a handful, and you're likely to get in trouble. But your kind of trouble is a lot of fun.

You are relaxed, chill, and very likely to go with the flow.

You are light hearted and accepting. You don't get worked up easily.

Well adjusted and incredibly happy, many people wonder what your secret to life is.

You are a seeker of knowledge, and you have learned many things in your life.

You are also a keeper of knowledge - meaning you don't spill secrets or spread gossip.

People sometimes think you're snobby or aloof, but you're just too deep in thought to pay attention to them.

You are usually the best at everything ... you strive for perfection.

You are confident, authoritative, and aggressive.

You have the classic "Type A" personality.

You are confident, self assured, and capable. You are not easily intimidated.

You master any and all skills easily. You don't have to work hard for what you want.

You make your life out to be exactly how you want it. And you'll knock down anyone who gets in your way!

You tend to be pretty tightly wound. It's easy to get you excited... which can be a good or bad thing.

You have a lot of enthusiasm, but it fades rather quickly. You don't stick with any one thing for very long.

You have the drive to accomplish a lot in a short amount of time. Your biggest problem is making sure you finish the projects you start.

You are truly an original person. You have amazing ideas, and the power to carry them out.

Success comes rather easily for you... especially in business and academia.

Some people find you to be selfish and a bit overbearing. You're a strong person.

Hot and Cold

"You're hot and you're cold
you're yes then you're no
you're in then you're out
you're up then you're down"

-Hot n' Cold, Katy Perry-

Ever get that feeling when you're coming down with fever?
Your head feels red-hot like a branding iron, but your feet are literally popsickles by then.

this is my hundredth post anniversary, and I don't really have an idea what to blog about.
Tomorrow's the last day of school before I go back, aww, mann...

Right now, I'm so totally infected with youtube addiction..aiyya
Currently listening in to Katy Perry

This is what happens when you do homework in front of the computer

The first 5 minutes: "look, Ma. I'm doin' my homework."

The next minute: clattering away on the what i'm doing now. This picture was taken at exactly 10 minutes befor I am here in this seat, right at this very moment.

Then, Mama would come and say, "I told you so"

I've Got All This Ringing In My Head

..and even some on my fingers.. haha, this is all that I have ever been doing these school holidays

distract myself from homework.. oh, and the other ways to do it is by watching some Olympics, updating my friendster profile and..blogging

However, I daresay that for me, Rock and Maths go very well together. Plugging Fall Out Boy in my ears helped me 'get in rhythm' to get on moving.

It was a different story with Add Maths, was Jojo that worked.

Ahahah, don't tell me I'm music-dependent to get my homework on the move? well, at least, I'm s-l-o-w-l-y making progress, am I not?

Steven Covey (oh, he's Faisal's favorite author who wrote 8 Habits of Highly effective People that counselors also love so much to lecture the students with!) said that proactive people are those who find the initiative from within and do not depend on the conditioning of their surroundings.

which means that, I don't actually need a conducive environment for studying. I can actually study anywhere,as long as I put my mind to it. Alright, maybe a more organized table would make it easier to find my studying materials. okay, easier said than done.

Muse is coming up in my playlist, gotta get my Maths on the move on now..

our time is running out~

Sedih..sedih sangat..

tetapi, dia bukannya difitnah pun.

dah buat salah tu, mengaku jelah. Ini nak merayu-rayu supaya orang tak kecam teruk-teruk. BAnyak cantiklah...

Dah pandai nak buat perkara tak senonoh in the first place tu, terima jelah akibat die. Setiap perkara dalam dunia ini pun ada sebab dan akibat.

Lepas tu, pandai pulak bagi alasan macam-macam.

"saya tidak berbogel pun"
"perkara biasa je sebab kawan-kawan saya pun buat jugak"
"saya remaja, nak rasa indahnya bercinta"

Inter-class Debate 2008

after being dormant, my new post sounds a bit report-ish since I'll be reporting on the recent inter-class debate, organised by 'yours truly'.
In short, it went on from the 27th until Aug 2nd, in conjunction with English Week. The finals was held on the 8th at the SAc.
All in all, I was satisfied because it actually worked out despite everything. Pity I didn't have a camera to do any recording at that time.
at least, I can say that there is actually still hope for next year's debate team.

here's what went out through out the debate:

I can't really recall in detail, but basically, the motions for each debate were as follows...

Round 1: THBT Beauty Is Better Than Brains
Round 2: THBT Fast Food Should Not Be Banned
Round 3: THBT Girls Should Play Football
Round 4: THBT Hand phones Are Better Than Computers
Round 5: THBT Homework Should Be Reduced

THBT Reality TV Shows Must Be Banned

In the finals, it was 1 Lambda as Gov and 1 Beta as Opp.

Even though Lambda had a track record of 4/4 wins, against the odds, 1 Beta showed a more consistent performance than 1 Lambda on that day.

Okay, so the participation was only among Form 1 students, but you'll have to forsake the ill-spirit of Faris..(sigh)
